PRODUCTS RETURNS AND REFUNDS
SlimminGood Supplement and Product Returns

As a customer of SlimminGood, our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you are unhappy, please let us know. We will always do our best to help!

60-Day Returns:

  • We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee (from the date of delivery) on all digital items. In case of physical items, if they are unopened and fall within the 60-day satisfaction guarantee, we are happy to offer you a complete refund upon return in the amount the item was purchased for (excluding shipping) back to the original card used for purchase.
  • Once our warehouse has received the physical item, the refund will automatically be refunded back to the card used to purchase. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks.

Outside of 60-Days:

If the item is outside of the 60-day satisfaction guarantee, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

How to Submit A Return:

Please contact our customer support at support@drlivingood.com to submit your request.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

  • We will need to know your order number. For physical products, please include your original packing slip (if available) or simply write the order number on your package.
  • Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please, therefore, ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the products. Please package the product securely.
  • Shipping return costs and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • SlimminGood reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Refund Policy.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We do our best and even with our best effort to prevent any damage to your goods during transit, problems may arise. We apologize for the inconvenience presented; our goal is always to provide the best service (Only in these cases the shipping cost will be refunded).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or you need a refund, please send us a message at support@drlivingood.com with your order number.

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Once your refund request has been received and accepted, your refund will be issued, and completed via the original payment method. Please allow up to 2 weeks to see refunds posted back to some accounts.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

The subscriptions will be available and activated once payment has been made. Access to the subscriptions is immediate. If you have problems accessing the functionalities, features, and content available in the subscriptions, please contact us through the contact information or our contact page.

DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTO RENEWALS

Your subscription will continue and automatically renew regularly corresponding to the term of your subscription at the time of purchase unless and until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting our customer support at support@drlivingood.com.
We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee for any digital subscriptions from the original date of purchase. If you wish to request a refund, please contact us through the contact information.
